There are many documented articles and research over the midlife crisis. The psychological effects of the ‘loss of youth’ and missed opportunities can lead to a negative mindset that is often substituted with unhealthy habits.

To make matters worse around the age of 35 your body changes hormonally and you can possibly start to gain weight easier than before, mostly around the stomach. And the prognosis I am afraid only worsens because you also begin to lose lean muscle tone, which makes you weaker and flabbier.

And the real scary part is by exercising more or being stricter on your diet more makes things even worse! The underlying reasons are due to the reducing amount of youth-enhancing hormone and growth hormones.  And regretfully it’s a natural process that occurs as you age.

This gradual and progressive hormonal decline normally starts at middle age and carries on for the rest of your life. So, the net result is usually a shapeless and often large middle-age body.

Of course, the increased busyness of life with increased work and family commitments there is not much spare time to do anything extra, least of all looking after our bodies. The vicious cycle continues as the overworked and overstressed lifestyle adds even more weight to the fatigued aging body.

While you are not able to stop aging, but you can slow down the aging process and be able to modify the effects of the middle-age spread.  This is not achieved by medicating with anti-aging pills or hormone supplements.  The method we share is safe and way more effective.

Research has shown that your body is able to re-stimulate the lagging youth-enhancing hormones naturally.

The starting point on your road to taking back your health and feeling energetic is acknowledging these 3 facts:

  1. You need to have the desire of wanting a change. Without this desire, you may as well not even try.
  2. We have developed an exercise program specifically geared toward mid-age people. Although you need to put in the effort, it is way more effective than any other way you may have tried before, otherwise, you wouldn’t be on our site.
  3. Your diet is crucial. Although our exercise program is effective more can be achieved through the correct diet.
